Sherry Buenaventura is a local of the Washington Metropolitan area (DC, Maryland and Virginia, commonly known as the DMV). Born in DC, raised in Maryland and currently residing in Northern Virginia, Sherry has witnessed the remarkable change and growth of the DMV. Not only does she understand the financial investment and the buyer/seller transaction process; she is knowledgeable in the history, neighborhoods, education, and communities within Maryland, Virginia and our Nation’s Capital.

There is a reason why she never moved out of this area! Real estate is a passion for Sherry, and with her background in Client Service and Marketing it is easy to see why she is patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate in all industries she has worked in. Having purchased her first home at a young age, she is experienced with the ever changing real estate market. Not knowing what to do with her own home and the inclination to help her family with their properties led her to pursue real estate.

She has experience in both commercial and residential. When Sherry is not making real estate dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys being a sports family with her husband and 2 boys, mainly AAU basketball! The DMV has so many great opportunities for sports. She is also involved within the community as a volunteer and works with numerous no-profits. Her passion for helping others makes it for an enjoyable experience!
